Maintenance policy

At Alízz, we provide the best shopping experience and after-sale services by providing products of the highest quality manufactured in the best Chinese factories to suit the needs and expectations of our customers. We also provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on the receipt in case of any manufacturing defects.

Repair Steps

1- Send a video of the product by the problem and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives within 48 hours, according to the maintenance official’s view.

2- One of our representatives comes to take the product, which is then delivered to the maintenance department for inspection.

3- After the repair process, one of our customer service representatives contacts the customer to send back the repaired product.

4- The repair process by the Warranty and Maintenance department takes 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Terms of Repair

1- Do not remove the serial number label on the product or box.

2- The product must be in its original condition, without any exposure to normal wear or tear to the material, deteriorations, or accidents resulting from malicious or negligent acts.

Disclaimer

1- After the warranty has expired, which is after one year of purchase, the customer bears all expenses (maintenance + shipping).

2- The maintenance fees are decided according to the report of the concerned department after performing the necessary technical examination.
