For the best shopping and service experience, make sure to read all Alízz Replacement and Return Policies. Our customers are kindly requested to ensure that the item received is the product they wanted at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

If you change your mind for any reason, Alízz accepts product-return within 14 days of the receipt’s initial sales date, and we will refund the entire purchase price only if the item is not what you ordered or if there is a manufacturing defect, keeping in mind that the package must be unopened and the seal is intact. After obtaining the product and checking it to confirm its condition, shipping charges are deducted from the total money sum.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

How to return?

  1. Send a video of the product by the problem and you contact one of our customer service representatives within 48 hours.
  2. One of our representatives comes to take the product, which is then delivered to the maintenance department for inspection.
  3. Choose the method of refund from one of the following options:
  • In case of cash payment, you can pay through (our representative upon arrival – Vodafone Cash)
  • In the case of payment by credit card Visa and MasterCard.

Required Information

  • For a return through the bank: (Full name – Account number – Bank name – Branch name – SWIFT Code.)
  • For a return through Vodafone Cash (mobile number and name). You can withdraw the money amount from the nearest Vodafone branch.

Terms of Return

  1. Do not remove the serial number label on the product or box.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, without any exposure to normal wear or tear to the material, deterioration, or accidents resulting from malicious or negligent acts.
  3. All product accessories must be intact and complete inside the box (warranty – accessories – invoice).
  4. Shipping charges are deducted from the total money amount after receiving the product and inspecting it to confirm its condition.

Disclaimer

  • The customer has the right to free maintenance with a review of the maintenance conditions if the return period has expired.
  • When the maintenance guarantee expires after a year, the customer is responsible for all costs (maintenance + shipping), and the maintenance fees are decided by the Repairs department.

Replacement Policy

If you change your mind for any reason, Alízz accepts product replacements within 14 days of the receipt’s original purchase date, and we will refund the entire purchase price if there is a manufacturing defect, keeping in mind that the package must be unopened and the seal is intact.

How to make a replacement?

  • Send a video of the product by the problem and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives within 48 hours.
  • One of our representatives arrives to collect the product, which will be inspected by the Warranty and Maintenance department to decide the condition of the product whether it is a case of replacement or repair.
  • After inspection, one of our customer service representatives contacts the customer to determine the appropriate procedure.

Note: The inspection is undergone by the Warranty and Maintenance department within 14 days from the purchase date on the receipt.
